Dennis O'Neil has a long history of racing. Starting in 1972 at Spartan Speedway, if it has 4 wheels, Dennis has probably raced it at one point or another. Crystal Speedway, I-96 Speedway, Owosso Speedway and Spartan Speedway are just a few of the local tracks Dennis had turned left handers on.

In 2007, Dennis returned to the oval, joining the Pony Class Series at Spartan & Springport Speedways and became the point champion at Springport Motor Speedway. Dennis took a sabatical from racing in 2000 and had spent the last several years as more a spectator then a racer.

Joining Dennis at the race track will be his chief mechanic and employee at O'Neil's Auto Steve Wrenn.

In 2007, Steve drove the #94 Dodge Daytona and took Rookie of the Years and seond in points at Springport Speedway.

 This year, in 2008, Dennis will be bringing along with him back to the track a handful of rookies to teach.
